A manifestation of culture through art

Pop art came into sight in the 1950's. It bridged the gap between high end and low end art. It was the face of daily bits and pieces, accepted wisdom and thoughts of consumerism. It was a mirror image of the city, artists resided in and their culture caught in colors. Andy Warhol was the most famous pop art artist. Times past show us that advancing in Pop art yield towering surplus. Many collectors treat art as a business. Still there are collectors who are devoted to accumulating pop art paintings out of love for culture and the artistic traits.
